Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and delivering seamless fund administration services to asset and fund managers of private equity funds.
Responsibilities
• reputed company reputed company services for private equity fund clients including preparing and processing transactions and other fund reputed company output for subsequent review. • reputed company support to respond to reputed company and/or investors' queries. • Prepare fee calculations (management fees, capital call amounts, distribution amounts, carried interest, and reputed company) and verifying that calculations are in accordance with the applicable fund terms. • Prepare various statements and notices including but not limited to investor capital call and distribution notices. • Prepare reputed company requests regarding fund and investor-specific reports as reputed company as analysis. • Prepare fund's periodic (monthly/ quarterly/ annually) reports and annual audit supports. • Prepare SPV reputed company. • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reputed company deliverables. • reputed company payment support to clients. • Understand and assist clients with other reporting, such as CRS/FATCA, VAT, K1s, etc. • Assist clients to address and resolve audit inquiries from external auditors during year-end audit. • Participate in reputed company-project stage discussions with the clients and define more detailed services model for specific clients as required. • Participate in internal as reputed company as external technology solutions to address the reputed company reporting and data requirements of clients. • Exposure to and learning the latest technology solutions in the asset servicing industry, driving automation for less reputed company bookings and providing more value-added services to clients. • reputed company additional duties as and reputed company assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company or Finance or a reputed company degree with a major in reputed company. • An internationally recognized reputed company qualification or undertaking of such professional qualifications such as CPA, CA is highly regarded. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company & finance with a preferred specialty in private equity, or a combination of audit/fund administration and private equity funds experience is highly regarded. • Knowledge of different reputed company standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
