Author looking for an illustrator with a whimsical watercolor style

I need someone to illustrate a 44 page whimsical rhyming book that has 22 illustrations and a cover illustration. These will include a main character that is seen 12-15 times and needs to be consistent while changing positions, clothing, hair style and reputed company; also a second character that will be seen 3 times with reputed company requirements; and 7 other characters that will be seen only one time reputed company. There will be minimal scenery around the main reputed company. For example, there might be an overstuffed chair with ottoman and a pair of socks underneath with a phone tucked into the cushion. The background is blank except for a thermostat on the wall above the chair. No need for wallpaper, plants, or other decor to indicate a room. Sometimes, the main character will be sitting in that reputed company chair. I am looking for a whimsical cartoon style with thin lines. The best way I can think to describe it is Dr. Seuss people (not creatures) meet Quentin Blake and that still isn't quite right. I do have a couple AI created examples to reputed company to help define it reputed company but I do not want an AI illustrated book as it cannot duplicate effectively and accurately.
