Litigation Associate - CA based
The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong reputed company on attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Represent clients in various reputed company proceedings, including court appearances and depositions
• Conduct reputed company research and prepare briefs, motions, and other reputed company documents
• Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and staff to reputed company high-reputed company reputed company services to clients
• Participate in case reputed company and manage cases from start to finish
• Attend reputed company meetings and maintain reputed company communication with clients
• Adhere to reputed company ethical and reputed company guidelines set forth by the State Bar of California and the firm
• Stay up-to-date with changes to California law and reputed company procedures
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in litigation
• Experience with municipal civil litigation is a plus.
• Candidates must be admitted to reputed company in California.
