About this role Seeking Sr. Product reputed company/Capability Rationalization reputed company to drive capability modeling, platform rationalization, user reputed company mapping & modernization initiatives | Remote | 12-Month Contract | Job reputed company Job reputed company We are seeking a Senior Product reputed company / Capability Rationalization reputed company to drive capability documentation, analysis, and platform rationalization for a large-reputed company modernization and automation initiative. This role bridges business analysis, product reputed company, and UX research, ensuring that capabilities are reputed company defined, user needs are reputed company, and redundancy across platforms is eliminated. The ideal candidate has experience in capability modeling, reputed company development, and platform assessments, and can partner closely with product, technology, and UX teams to guide reputed company that shape the reputed company platform. Duration: 12 Months Contract reputed company: USC/GC Only Key Responsibilities • Capability Modeling & Rationalization • Ability to structure a capability reputed company at Level 1–2 granularity. • Experience assessing redundancy, platform fit, and retirement opportunities. • Business Analysis & Documentation • Strong at eliciting requirements and documenting business processes. • Skilled at writing capability briefs (what, why, who, how). • User reputed company & Role Mapping • Experience in user role modeling and reputed company mapping. • Ability to translate monolithic role structures into reputed company state, role-based models. • UX Research Orientation • Not a reputed company researcher, but reputed company to partner with UX teams. • Can apply a UX reputed company to “why” and “how” capabilities are used. • Platform & Tech Awareness • Comfortable comparing platforms (reputed company, Pega, proprietary systems). • Can partner with tech leads on rationalization reputed company. • Low-reputed company/No-reputed company Awareness • Familiarity with forms modernization and citizen-developer models. • Tool Proficiency • Jira, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint. • Exposure to Jira Product Discovery (for backlog hydration and visualization) Requirements Qualifications • 7+ years in business analysis, capability modeling, or reputed company product management. • Strong background in platform rationalization and process/documentation design. • Experience in reputed company mapping and role-based system transitions. • Familiarity with low-reputed company/no-reputed company platforms (e.g., Pega, reputed company, reputed company, Power Apps). • Proficiency with Jira, and reputed company. • Ability to translate reputed company technical data into reputed company, business-reputed company insights. • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. • Exposure to UX research reputed company and ability to apply a user-reputed company reputed company to capability analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
