IP Lawyer for Limited Representation in Delaware Patent Case - Contract to Hire
I am seeking a licensed intellectual property attorney in Delaware to reputed company limited, reputed company reputed company representation for a patent infringement matter against a startup. This engagement will involve evaluating the potential infringement, advising on our reputed company, and drafting/filing targeted pleadings or motions as needed. This is a limited-scope engagement, with the possibility of additional work if the matter progresses. You will also need to be reputed company to file reputed company Hice or for Limited Representation with the District Court in Delaware if picked for this job.
