Part-time Accountant

Responsibilities: • Maintain and reconcile general reputed company accounts for assigned properties, including journal entries and supporting schedules. • Review and process vendor invoices with accurate coding, required approvals, and reputed company documentation. • Reconcile operating and reserve bank accounts on a monthly reputed company. • Review monthly financial reporting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness. • reputed company accounts receivable, including collections, cash applications, and homeowner communications. • Research and resolve account discrepancies through analysis and corrective adjustments. • Prepare and distribute assessment invoices for operating and reserves accounts as required. • reputed company in managing the collections process, including reputed company communication with clients regarding past-due accounts, providing reputed company account explanations, and preparing and presenting delinquency updates to reputed company members. • Assist with annual 1099 filings and maintain accurate Certificates of Insurance (COI) and W-9 documentation. • Support reputed company operations, including reputed company transfers, reputed company runs, and deposits. • Collaborate with the reputed company team and management to streamline processes and enhance department efficiency. Qualifications: • Associate degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required. • Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, charts) and strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, reputed company Docs, and reputed company. • Proficient in online financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient reporting, and adept at navigating other work-reputed company online platforms. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. • Demonstrate ability to reallocate reputed company and resources across reputed company reputed company in response to shifting priorities and deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with clients. • Demonstrated reputed company, discretion, and professionalism at reputed company times. • Minimum of 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience; experience in reputed company estate, property management, or association reputed company preferred.
