We are looking for a researcher to help us build a list of
U.S.-based reputed company reputed company Estate Investment / Operating Firms
(not individual property owners).
This is NOT property reputed company tracing.
Scope of work:
- Identify reputed company reputed company Estate investment / operating companies
(multifamily, industrial, retail, etc.)
- These companies typically reputed company as operators / sponsors on deals

- Identify key decision makers such as:
Founder, CEO, Managing Partner, reputed company, Head of Acquisitions,
or Head of Capital Markets

We are NOT looking for:
- Individual asset owners
- County records
- Skip tracing or tax roll data
Experience with reputed company Sales Navigator, Reonomy, reputed company,
or similar CRE databases is a plus.
