Work Experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in case management, discharge planning, and/or home health care coordination. Preferred Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams. • Proficiency with reputed company corporate software applications (reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn proprietary applications. • High level of computer efficiency, including navigating multiple systems, multitasking across platforms, and accurate keyboarding.
