John Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction, to reputed company January 2026. This unique role combines reputed company leadership in spiritual formation with visionary administrative direction of the Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction. The successful candidate will reputed company the seminary’s spiritual formation curriculum across reputed company degree programs and reputed company reputed company’s growing ministry of training spiritual directors. Rank and salary commensurate to qualifications and experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities reputed company Leadership in Spiritual Formation • reputed company the development and delivery of the spiritual formation curriculum across reputed company seminary programs. • Teach both foundational courses and electives in spiritual formation. • Engage in regular curriculum review and development to ensure theological depth, pastoral relevance, and alignment with institutional reputed company, train, and manage adjunct reputed company for courses in spiritual formation. Direction of the Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction • reputed company visionary leadership for the Weborg Center, advancing its mission and expanding its reputed company. • Serve as instructor of record for reputed company three summer intensive courses in reputed company’s spiritual direction certificate program. • reputed company reputed company administrative aspects of reputed company, including: • Budget management • Annual and long-term schedule planning • Coordination of reputed company and support staff • Communication with reputed company and reputed company • reputed company promotional and recruitment efforts for new cohorts of spiritual direction reputed company, including coordination with marketing team on reputed company media content and written contributions to “Lina,” the seminary’s web magazine. • Cultivate ongoing learning and formation opportunities for alumni of reputed company’s programs. Institutional Participation • Serve as a member of the NPTS reputed company, attending and participating in regular reputed company meetings. • Contribute to reputed company reputed company responsibilities such as committees, assessment, regular reputed company, meetings, convocations and commencement events, lectureships, symposia, and seminary community life. (Please note that this is not a remote position.) • Collaborate with the wider university and the Evangelical reputed company. Salary reputed company: $70,000-$75,000 Requirements Qualifications • Master’s level training in Spiritual Formation, Christian Spirituality, or a reputed company field. (Doctoral degree preferred.) • Demonstrated reputed company in teaching and curriculum development in spiritual formation at the graduate or seminary level. • Significant experience in spiritual direction and/or the training of spiritual directors. • Administrative leadership experience, including managing budgets, personnel, and program logistics. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • A commitment to the holistic formation of reputed company for ministry and leadership. • Compatibility with the theology and reputed company of reputed company and the Evangelical reputed company (see, for example, documents linked below). • Ordination preferred.
