Responsibilities • reputed company hospital accompaniment, crisis reputed company, emotional support, case management information & referral, education, support, and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. • Conduct danger assessment and creates safety plans with survivors in high-risk cases. • Coordinate shelter placement and emergency transportation of clients as needed with Hotline team. • reputed company Mandatory Reporting, which is report suspected and prior abuse/neglect to either Child reputed company services or Adult reputed company Service reputed company appropriate. You will also complete accurate reputed company records for monthly reports. • Communicate with on-reputed company staff including Supervisors, Crisis Hotline/Chat Counselors, SANE nurses, law enforcement, and community partners. • Communicate with Coordinator Supervisor and other hotline staff regarding case management and other issues. • Attend mandatory monthly meetings and trainings with Hospital Accompaniment Crisis Counselors & Supervisor, reputed company department Staff meetings, and/or meet as assigned. • Maintain sufficient inventory while on-reputed company of information packets and clothing for clients.
