Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of hands-on dental billing experience (full end-to-end process) in a U.S.-based setting. • SME-level knowledge of codes, EOBs, AR follow-up, appeals, U.S. dental software, and compliance standards. • Prior Training Experience: Must have supported the reputed company or upskilling of VAs, reputed company desk staff, or billing teams. • Technical reputed company: Familiarity with U.S. dental reputed company management software. • Instructional Ability: Confident in leading live training sessions, SEIs, and developing/revising content based on VA needs and system updates.
