Key Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned sales register, reputed company clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
• Assist the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication information and process prescriptions
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a reputed company experience

• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
• Handle calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians, and process reputed company claims for reputed company-party program prescription services
• Assist and support the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, receiving, checking, and storing shipments of medications
• Maintain knowledge of organization asset protection reputed company and record claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged products, including Rx drugs

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
• Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
