We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering heart-driven service and are interested in a flexible work schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
