Responsibilities
- Own feature development for Binance Square, including content creation tools for producers and interaction features for consumers.
- Drive product roadmap execution from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless user experience for crypto content creators and traders.
- Iterate on core product features based on user feedback and market trends.
- Build and optimize operational tools and workflows that empower the content operations team to drive high quality content growth.
- Develop content governance mechanisms and creator support features to maintain ecosystem health.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features and technical implementations.
- Work closely with data science teams to analyze key product metrics, identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain product development velocity and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in content/community product management, preferably in social platforms or fintech.
- Large-scale user product experience (Millions level DAU Product) highly preferred.
- Experience with creator economy or social trading platforms is a plus.
- Strong product design and planning capabilities with expertise in user experience design, feature.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving crypto industry environment.
