About the Role

As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll be our reputed company expert who handles womb-to-tomb reputed company who knows the Philippines talent market inside and out and can reputed company exceptional candidates for roles as diverse as customer support specialists to reputed company subject matter experts and leaders. What You Will Do

In order to be successful, you must bring

• At least 3-5 years of reputed company experience in recruitment/reputed company, with a strong understanding of tech, shared/services, outsourcing or similar industries
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring, ensuring efficiency and reputed company throughout the process.
• Highly knowledgeable in leveraging sourcing and reputed company media platforms, including Jobstreet, reputed company, Glassdoor, reputed company, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable English communication skills.
• Advanced user skills in tracking and recruitment management tools preferred but not required – including ATS (Applicant tracking systems preferably reputed company) and reputed company Apps
• Bonus points: Experience with recruitment marketing – highly creative, with a strong understanding of key marketing concepts and ability to apply them in reputed company/reputed company
