<p>We are recruiting on behalf of a CEO for an Exevutive Assistanr C-Suite.</p>

<p>Our client are an International Medical Company.</p>

<li>Location - North London</li>
<li>Job Title - Executive Assistant to the CEO</li>
<li>Package upto £55,000</li>
<li>Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm</li>
<li>Private Health care and Life Assurance</li>
<li>25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays</li>

<p>In summary</p>

<p>JOB SUMMARY<br>
We are seeking a charismatic, highly organised and commercially astute Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an international medical organisation based in North London. This pivotal role blends traditional executive support with strategic commercial coordination, operational rigour and personal assistance as trust builds.</p>

<p>The Executive Assistant will act as the CEO’s trusted partner—driving efficiency, improving communication flow, supporting key commercial activities, and ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities and commitments are effectively managed. The role requires a proactive, forward-thinking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of delivering smooth operational, organisational and commercial outcomes.</p>

<p>The CEO brings his lovely little dog to the office each day, so being dog-friendly is essential.</p>

<p>There will also be opportunities to support the CFO, HR Manager and wider leadership team where required.</p>

<p>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA<br>
• 3–5 years’ experience supporting a CEO or senior C-suite leader.<br>
• Strong commercial awareness and financial/numerical literacy.<br>
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.<br>
• Tech-savvy and confident managing international time zones</p>

<p>Formal EA/PA qualifications (e.g., ACEA, Executive Assistant Diploma).<br>

 </p>

<p>DESIRABLE CRITERIA<br>
• Experience in healthcare, medical, scientific or regulated sectors.<br>
• Experience in international or fast-growth environments.<br>
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills</p>
