Come, join us on this journey!</p><p>Role: Manage execution and support on all visibility initiatives within the Independent retail channel. Reports to Visibility Manager. Core Relationships Internal – Field Force, Consumer Engagement, LEX, Finance SP&I, Activation; External – External vendors. Geographic Scope Local. Travel: Local.</p><h2>Key responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Follow and execute all visibility plans and activities within the Independent channel as per set timeline from the business.</li><li>Coordinate between local partners to achieve the best outcome for the company.</li><li>Support on the execution of local marketing activities in Independent retail while managing projects and deployment on time and within budget.</li><li>Monitors external agencies to ensure day-to-day activities with required quality and agreed cost & timelines.</li><li>Conduct regular field checks and follow ups to ensure all of our internal and local marketing principles are being followed.</li><li>Support communication between local marketing, trade and external vendors to ensure all criteria and conditions are met for the deployment of the activities prior to launch.</li><li>Provide ongoing coaching and feedback and share the relevant expertise with Marketing and Sales team.</li></ul><h2>What are we looking for?</h2><ul><li>Proactive and independent mindset.</li><li>Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn, proactivity & resilience.</li><li>Ability to think and act both strategically and operationally.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities.</li><li>Minimum bachelor’s degree.</li><li>PowerPoint proficient.</li><li>Excel proficient.</li></ul><h2>What we offer you</h2><ul><li>We offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility).</li><li>Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives.</li><li>Your journey with us isn\\\'t limited by boundaries; it\\\'s propelled by your aspirations.
