**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing exceptional service and building trust through open and interactive communication. You'll apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional service to every caller by building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
* Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations
* Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes
* Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance and communication standards are met
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members
* Work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred
* Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
* Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
* Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred
* Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred
* High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
* Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
