**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms
* Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer
* Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
* Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
**What We're Looking For**
* **1-2 years of experience** in a customer-focused environment
* **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal
* **Ability to multi-task and think critically** in a fast-paced environment
* **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**
* **Must be able to pass a background check** for KY Rx Tech license
* **Strong problem-solving skills** and ability to think outside the box
* **Excellent time management skills** and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
