About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join reputed company of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a reputed company reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language. Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of customer service software and technology
