About the Role: Customer Service Professional

In this critical role, you will be an advocate for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to individuals with less-than-perfect credit. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Fielding inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Troubleshooting customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing product information and educating customers on our services and benefits
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and sales targets

Work Schedule and Location

This is a remote opportunity, and you must reside within 100 miles of our physical location in Huron, South Dakota. We offer flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time hours, with various split shifts available upon request. Our standard hours of operation are:

• Full-time: Monday - Thursday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Part-time: 20 - 35 hours per week, with hours varying depending on business needs

Technology and Equipment

To ensure your success in this role, arenaflex will provide the necessary technology and equipment, including:

• A company-provided PC and headset
• A telephone and Vonage box
• Software functionality and access to our systems

You will need to have:

• High-speed internet access (DSL or cable modem) - wireless connections are not permitted
• A smart cell phone for accessing our security token application

Comprehensive Training and Development
