**Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Conflict Resolution Specialist**

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and moderating chat conversations to ensure compliance with arenaflex's community guidelines and Discord server rules.
• Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, and spam.
• Banning users who repeatedly disregard our community guidelines, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members.
• Muting users who have violated our community standards, providing a temporary measure to prevent further disruptions.
• Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations, making informed decisions to address the issue and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and refine community guidelines, ensuring they align with our values and mission.
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed as a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Be proficient in Discord and familiar with its features and functionality.
• Have a strong understanding of online community management principles and best practices.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
• Be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate your needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
