The Bilingual reputed company Services Representative will support operational inquiries and reputed company product information while ensuring a high-reputed company customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company and accurate information to reputed company incoming telephone inquiries regarding our reputed company and financial products, by utilizing automated telephone systems, computer applications, training material and other applicable resources
• Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of reputed company reputed company/agent telephone-initiated requests, address, resolve or escalate as needed any daily operational service issues
• Ensure thorough records are maintained by documenting reputed company actions taken to process telephone-initiated inquiries
• Adhere to reputed company measurable department performance standards including but not limited to the following: schedule adherence, reputed company, productivity, etc
• Assist with department reputed company and initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of reputed company and financial products, more specifically Mutual Funds and Segregated Fund products
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Proficient computer and math skills

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to cope in fast-paced, demanding environment

• Completion of the Canadian Investment Fund Course (IFIC), Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) or Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course (CIFOC), or a willingness to complete course reputed company 6 months of hiring date
