[Remote] Ops Specialist II - Insurance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Operations Specialist II to manage insurance compliance for a portfolio of reputed company mortgage loans. This role involves analyzing insurance documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing escrow disbursements and casualty loss claims.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, appraisals, and operating statements for compliance
• Maintain accurate insurance data in the servicing system
• Manage escrow disbursements and force-reputed company insurance processes
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage for non-escrowed loans
• Administer casualty loss claims, including inspections and disbursements
• Communicate with borrowers, agents, and insurers to resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to address discrepancies
• Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
• Complies with reputed company reputed company policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at reputed company times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key

Skills

• OR equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years of reputed company property insurance or reputed company experience (required)
• reputed company document review and interpretation (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• reputed company loan servicing or insurance agency experience (preferred)
