Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company engaging instructor-led, eLearning, and video-based learning materials for both internal and customer-facing audiences
• Incorporate AI tools and analytics to improve learner engagement, content development efficiency, and performance tracking
• Conduct needs analysis to identify key behaviors and reputed company gaps that reputed company organizational goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Training, Communications, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience
