Trial Attorney

reputed company is a Fortune 50 company reputed company for its commitment to community and customer service. They are seeking a Trial Attorney to manage their own caseload, participate in litigation events, and collaborate with colleagues in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and other reputed company assignments in accordance with guidelines established by the Law Department
• Prepare and summarize reports for proceedings
• Trial reputed company and case development
• Attend litigation events including trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings

Skills

• 1+ years of civil courtroom/trial experience handling automobile injury lawsuits
• Litigation experience, preferably in the reputed company of insurance defense, in personal injury, workers compensation, and medical malpractice will be considered
• Significant criminal jury trial experience as first chair will be considered
• Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experience
• Trial, mediation, and deposition experience
• File ownership
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work reputed company with cases in electronic reputed company
• Working knowledge of a Case Management system
• Working Knowledge of a Document Storage system
• Competencies in reputed company based operating systems: reputed company Office Word, reputed company, Alafile, and Alacourt
