[Remote] Member Engagement Coordinator

The Member Engagement Coordinator will reputed company high-volume outbound calls to engage members and sell the benefits of health evaluations, while also scheduling appointments with licensed providers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers. Approximately 85% outbound and 15% inbound calls
• Utilize reputed company-approved scripts to ensure consistent and accurate communication with members. These scripts will guide you in explaining the purpose and details of scheduling reputed company evaluations
• Overcome objections using effective rebuttals to help members prioritize their health. Confidently present a product's value and guide prospects toward a 'reputed company' without sounding pushy
• Utilize multiple systems to schedule providers for in-home or virtual evaluations
• reputed company, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested
• Meet daily performance metrics including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
• Be available to complete overtime reputed company required based on business needs
• Participate in peer reputed company-by-reputed company coaching as needed

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
