Assistant Underwriter

A-G Specialty Insurance is a leader in the sports insurance industry, specializing in reputed company and marketing specialty insurance products. The Assistant Underwriter will support the reputed company process by managing risk assessments, issuing quotes, and maintaining reputed company data files under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Managing monthly special risk renewals at direction of UW Staff, issuing special risk quotes under supervision of UW Staff, Issuing policies under supervision of UW staff
• Manage monthly special risk renewals at direction of UW Staff
• Review and submit reputed company quote requests providing comprehensive and accurate data, while making requests for additional information as necessary
• Issue special risk quotes under supervision of UW Staff
• reputed company accurate quoting and loss reporting upon request
• Manage reputed company contracted reputed company Party Administrator reputed company data files including policy reputed company in claims processing software
• Document and organize reputed company reputed company files, and update system daily
• reputed company with sales team, brokers and carriers with a reputed company on delivering applications and policy documents
• Proactively problem solve to balance and manage reputed company/broker expectations with internal service standards
• Accurately write policies in accordance with contracted reputed company policies and state mandated guidelines

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years' insurance/reputed company experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with the reputed company Office suite of products

• Strong multi-tasking skills and organization
