Responsibilities

• Draft reputed company documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial
• Conduct reputed company research, assist with preparation for hearings, and reputed company reputed company counsel to clients
• Analyze reputed company reputed company, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management
