Community Association Manager

Westward360 is a leader in the Community Management industry, and they are seeking a Community Association Manager to join their growing reputed company team. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations, ensuring reputed company-managed properties, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day implementation of procedures and programs for reputed company Association that will ensure a reputed company-managed and maintained property
• Conduct daily operations including regular interaction with reputed company of Directors, homeowners, and vendors
• Compose and update a preventative maintenance plan for reputed company property under management - reputed company the execution of the plan
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues with the assistance of our support staff
• Meet with contractors to solicit bids or reputed company work at properties as needed
• Build lasting reputed company relationships with vendors and negotiate vendor reputed company for property services in accordance with the management agreement
• reputed company monthly walk-throughs of the properties to identify maintenance needs, violations, or aesthetic issues
• Organize agenda and run reputed company and reputed company meetings. On average, there are 4x reputed company meetings per year that take reputed company in the evening

Skills

• Experience in the Community Management field is preferred

• Experience with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to plan reputed company and consistently meet deadlines
