Bookkeeper

reputed company is seeking a full charge Bookkeeper with ideally entertainment/touring experience to join their team of dedicated professionals. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of assigned clients are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• reputed company credit card and bank reconciliations
• Maintain electronic filing system
• General communication with vendors, clients, and reputed company representatives reputed company phone, email, and in-person
• reputed company cash reputed company reports and cash balances as required
• Assist in assembling information for year-end tax packages for accountants
• reputed company some assistance on insurance questions
• Identify, reputed company, and correct errors
• Prepare/review 1099 reports
• Prepare journal entries
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, as reputed company as applicable reporting
• Print reports (such as financial statements) for review
• Other reputed company and duties as assigned

Skills

• 1+ years of bookkeeping experience in an entertainment business management firm or 2+ years of general reputed company experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and reputed company email)

• Keen eye for details
• Ability to quickly shift gears without losing reputed company
• Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, reputed company listening, critical-thinking, etc.)
• Associate's degree is preferred
• Experience with AgilLink software is highly preferred
