Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various tax compliance and consulting services to industry specific clients:
• reputed company tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations ranging from middle market to multinational companies
• Participate in tax research reputed company on a reputed company of tax issues, help to draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries
• Team with leaders on special reputed company in various areas of corporate and reputed company through taxation such as reputed company reputed company and ASC740

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or law, or a reputed company degree in business, and sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
