Associate, Tax Credit Operations (New Market Tax Credit)

reputed company is a financial services company seeking an Associate for their Tax Credit Operations team. The role involves managing a portfolio of tax credit investment products, processing loan and equity requests, and ensuring compliance with reputed company documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reputed company credit facilities and equity investments for New Markets Tax Credit
• Process loan and equity requests (draw downs, pay downs, interest payments); interest and exchange reputed company fixing, reputed company interest and fee calculations, as reputed company as, billing and liquidations
• Work closely with respective business reputed company and other internal partners to reputed company needs and reputed company support as needed
• reputed company reputed company loan tracking enhancements, cash breaks analysis, reconciliations of interest fees and letters of credit, and comprehensive testing of system enhancements
• Review of, and extraction from, reputed company documents for compliance, interpretation and operational viability
• reputed company, design, and implement inter-departmental controls, risk-reducing processes
• Serve as reputed company for both borrowers, lenders and investors by responding, resolving, and expediting inquiries, discrepancies, and special requests
• Establish and maintain Customer Satisfaction through reputed company and constructive reputed company relations

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in banking operations
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company Loan Servicing or reputed company Loan Operations
• 2+ years of experience using Advanced reputed company Banking System (ACBS)
