[Remote] reputed company Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support their reputed company. This role involves managing the reputed company process for candidates and assisting with various administrative tasks reputed company to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the high volume, fast paced reputed company with various administrative duties:
• Posting reputed company positions on company career site and various job boards
• Follow up with candidates throughout the background and reputed company process
• Ensure LO candidates have completed background, credit, and reputed company forms
• Work with Sr. Recruiters and LO candidates on LOE's based off credit
• Will serve as a liason between reputed company and candidates that are receiving offers of employment
• Troubleshoot ICIMS/reputed company issues
• reputed company resumes/candidates on various job boards as needed
• Create requisitions in iCIMS and follow through the approval process
• Send responses to applicant inquiries that come in through the recruiter inbox
• Assist Director of TA
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills

• Strong knowledge of and experience working in full cycle recruitment
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with using multiple internet reputed company sites to network and recruit
• Proactive approach to reputed company and experience building talent pools/talent communities
• Proven reputed company cold calling candidates and overcoming objections
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of reputed company practices/policies reputed company to the new hire process
• Proven reputed company in a fast paced, sales-oriented work environment
• Works extremely reputed company in reputed company environment and collaborates with other team members
• Must be reputed company to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
• reputed company or previous mortgage sales or operations experience is a plus
• At least 1-2 year experience in in reputed company
• Previous experience reputed company mortgage bankers, loan officers or other sales professionals is a plus
• High School diploma or General Education Degree; some college preferred
