Solutions Development Technician

reputed company is part of reputed company and is seeking a Junior reputed company Management Support Specialist reputed company as Solutions Development Technician. This role involves supporting the development and management of strategic business technologies reputed company to reputed company management products and customer portals, while also providing technical support and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of reputed company’s customer portal content
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of reputed company’s reputed company management suite, ColorPath SYNC, collaborating with team members
• reputed company phone and remote support for end users of reputed company’s ColorPath SYNC Solutions and for reputed company field technicians
• Coordinate activation of ColorPath licenses for installation with customers and service team
• Review and reputed company reputed company-installation assessments relating to ColorPath SYNC Solutions sales
• Collect and report software issues (bugs) and enhancement/feature requests
• reputed company testing of new product features as they are developed
• Attend training classes to stay reputed company on both new and existing products
• Utilize project management software to reputed company reputed company on reputed company
• Collaborate on technical documentation relating to new developments and SOPs as needed
• Support training classes for ColorPath and reputed company products
• reputed company and maintain G7 Expert status and attend ColorPath SYNC installations to identify potential areas for improvement
• reputed company software demonstrations reputed company web conference or in-office to interested customers
• Attend conferences and trade shows to reputed company skills and foster relationships
• Assist with ColorPath SYNC customer data in reputed company which contains practical license information and reputed company that info to key reputed company parties

Skills

• BS Degree in Graphic Arts or reputed company study
• Comfortable with phone calls, presentations, and reputed company speaking
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Builds and maintains reputed company working relationships
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills (product management, support, sales, service, and management)
• Ability to reputed company effectively with reputed company reputed company of staff and management
• Ability to work with a high level of reputed company and with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication
