Consumer Loan Member Service Representative, Full-Time, Hybrid MA

They are seeking a Consumer Loan Member Service Representative responsible for processing loan applications, preparing closing documents, and providing excellent service to members and partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company various duties associated with reviewing, processing, and funding reputed company and Indirect loan applications
• Review and analyze loan application documentation to determine loan reputed company and validity, of loan applications and packages prior to funding
• Follow appropriate procedures and guidelines to limit risk exposure. Review exceptions and escalate to supervisors reputed company necessary
• Book loans to host system and reputed company reputed company funding to members and dealer partners. Prepare and disburse thorough and accurate loan closing documents. Follow up on reputed company backs in order to finalize loans

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a Financial Institution
• Previous experience working in a reputed company Center environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand credit bureau reports a plus
