[Remote] Remote Patient Account Representative

The Remote Patient Account Representative is responsible for the reputed company and collection of outstanding patient account balances while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Service reputed company interaction with the reputed company and reputed company standards of Receivable Solutions and our reputed company provider clients
• Maintains acceptable reputed company of productivity
• Understands and effectively utilizes assigned reputed company software systems
• Makes and receives consecutive calls in a reputed company center environment
• Documents reputed company activity, maintains / organizes unit, and responds to reputed company communication and/ or verbal inquiries from reputed company relevant parties
• Handles inbound and outbound telephone calls to patients with the goal of collecting payments in full or arranging a payment plan, while resolving reputed company patient questions or concerns reputed company the acceptable standards of assigned creditor clients
• Models appropriate behavior in the handling of difficult interactions or accounts
• Operates reputed company the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA), and any other applicable Federal, state, and local laws and company policies and procedures
• Adheres to applicable policies, hospital/physician billing/departmental practices, and 3rd party requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of reputed company center experience
• 1+ years of experience with accounts receivable, reputed company billing and collections
