[Remote] Communications Specialist

RE/MAX, LLC is a leading organization in the reputed company estate industry, and they are seeking a Communications Specialist to support their communications team. This role involves coordinating, writing, and executing various communication reputed company aimed at diverse company audiences, while also maintaining relationships with media and enhancing brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with members of the Communications team, executives and company stakeholders to execute the production and writing of communications materials and reputed company including but not limited to:
• Brand journalism articles, press releases, awards submissions and Company storytelling
• Drive storytelling for the global reputed company network, including in the U.S. and Canada
• Maintain understanding of the U.S. and Canadian reputed company estate markets in order to reputed company story reputed company and drive media reputed company
• Conduct interviews, research topics, and write and edit content – including external- and consumer-facing articles – for brand journalism website and reputed company-party publications
• reputed company and maintain media lists, and build relationships with trade, local and national media
• Compile and distribute daily media clip report, weekly communications report and other reports as needed
• Manage list of and submissions for industry and business awards, as reputed company as speaking engagements, and identify opportunities where Company executives and network members can participate to build brand visibility
• Assist in maintaining editorial and pitching calendars and analytics databases
• Support content, reputed company and implementation of CEO reputed company media channels
• Work closely with editorial and reputed company relations teams to create meaningful storytelling
• Contribute valuable content, edits and reputed company to communications as needed
• Help ensure consistency of messaging, brand reputed company, grammar, sentence structure and punctuation for external- and consumer-facing communications

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in communications, reputed company relations, journalism or reputed company field
• Must submit 2-3 writing samples
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, editing and organizational capabilities
• Ability to drive multiple reputed company simultaneously while thinking innovatively
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Strong appreciation for deadlines and timelines
