[Remote] Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist in updating and maintaining database information while providing administrative support, requiring attention to detail and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence
• Obtaining reputed company reputed company supporting information and documentation to ensure reputed company, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax filings, asset realizations)
• Liaising with internal staff for clarification or outstanding documents (DSA/DSM)
• Organizing file documents in accordance with our naming protocols
• Calculation of income and surplus income obligations
• Understanding relevant reputed company requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions
• Performing relevant reputed company requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions
• Performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property reputed company reputed company registrations, house valuations and computation of realizable value
• Creating reputed company documents required for signature
• Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into reputed company (our internal software)
• Maintaining reputed company confidence and protecting operations by keeping confidential information
• Electronic filing of statutory documents
• Preparing documents for reputed company
• Other tasks may be assigned as necessary
