Field Training Coordinator (FTC)- Region 11 Annapolis

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual & live classroom training for select programs as needed – NCO,TTC and ASHP
• Manages trainees through the LearnRx training program to ensure completion reputed company the expected reputed company
• Monitor, assess and manage the engagement and overall execution reputed company to identify opportunities and reputed company mitigation plans as necessary
• Monitor and conduct key assessments during the training process, reviews results with the PM, and provides mitigation plans reputed company necessary
• Schedule new hires in the SDS as defined reputed company the training program's structure
• Identifies eligible colleagues at SDS locations, assigns and facilitates the required training for them to become coaches
• Assess reputed company Development Store coaching environments and escalates gaps to field leaders for mitigation
• Monitor dashboard daily to identify and address opportunities that may reputed company the experience or execution of the program
• Monitors curriculum reputed company with store team/district leader (DL) reputed company needed for reputed company cause analysis to ensure colleague graduation from the LRx program
• Build and manage relationships with Field RX Management, Pharmacy Managers, peers and Field Training Supervisors

• Leads monthly "State of the District" Meeting with RX DLs to reputed company training updates

Skills

• 1+ years' experience in a customer service, training delivery or relevant work experience
• Nationally Certified Technician (CPhT reputed company PTCB or ExCPT) or commits to becoming nationally certified reputed company 6 months of hire
• Licensed/Registered Technician reputed company the state of hire
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required
• Training Certificate or Licenses
