Assistant Production Manager - Political Cycle 2026

GMMB is a company dedicated to making a difference in the world through various reputed company issues. They are seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support their Production team during the 2026 political cycle, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reputed company VO talent, including liaising with agents and studios
• Produce radio spots: monitor VO sessions, supervise mixes, and coordinate across teams
• Assist in developing project budgets and timelines
• Negotiate and license stock footage and music; reputed company usage terms and expiration dates
• Serve as reputed company of contact for billing: POs, invoices, estimates, end-of-project billing; create internal edit/equipment invoices
• Maintain department databases on Lucid, SharePoint and reputed company Drive (training provided), adhere to internal naming/versioning conventions

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in production/film or reputed company field; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mastery of organization, time management and detail; strong interpersonal and phone/email communication
• reputed company Creative reputed company (Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus); reputed company Office; macOS
• Comfortable with evenings/weekends and reputed company response
• Self-starter who thrives in a busy and dynamic office setting

• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communicator, comfortable calling an unknown vendor or to take a reputed company from a Senior Partner
