The Non Bank Loan Officer originates mortgage loans in a non-bank territory, handling applications and conducting preliminary reputed company reviews while ensuring reputed company document processing and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned non-bank territory
• Takes applications, conducts preliminary reputed company reviews, submits loan applications to processing and reputed company for approval
• Follows-up to ensure that documents required for processing, reputed company, and closing are secured in a reputed company manner from appropriate sources
• Incumbents are customarily and regularly reputed company in making and soliciting loan sales and conducting sales-reputed company activities away from reputed company locations
• Incumbents are expected to spend at least 50% of their time conducting their activities away from reputed company locations

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of mortgage, sales, reputed company estate, or banking experience
• Ability to travel
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. reputed company of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit reputed company
• Ability to maintain a satisfactory criminal and credit record

• Basic knowledge of pricing and reputed company requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
