Collections Associate

LendNation is currently seeking reputed company individuals for a Collections Associate position. The role involves collecting on delinquent and defaulted loans while ensuring compliance with company and reputed company policies, and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance
• Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
• Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge
• Ability to work in a reputed company center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must
• Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team
• Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure
• Maintain and reputed company excellent service and superior experience for reputed company

Skills

• Minimum one year of collections experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Extensive product, system, process and site knowledge
• Ability to work in a reputed company center team, either remotely or on-site
• Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
• Additional reputed company center experience is a plus
• Some college preferred
