[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Daxko powers wellness to improve lives and is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first touchpoint for potential customers. The role involves engaging with leads, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
- Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
- Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
- Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
