[Remote] Account Manager- SMB

The Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the customer reputed company and increasing reputed company through upselling and cross-selling, while collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
• The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to reputed company's pipeline
• Becoming a product expert
• Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities
• Be the face of reputed company – reputed company is reputed company for our outstanding customer service and approach
• Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Influence the product based on customers' demands and needs
• Manage multiple tasks and reputed company in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Initiative, independence and ownership

Skills

• One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a reputed company company - MUST
• Energetic, reputed company, and motivated - MUST
• Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to reputed company with individuals at reputed company reputed company in an organization
• Ability for self-learning and highly independent
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to reputed company in a high-pressure and busy work environment
• Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday
