[Remote] Assistant Account Executive

The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration among team members while developing successful marketing communication programs and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement reputed company to promote and ensure the reputed company and profitability of your reputed company's deliverables
• Support reputed company services' efforts by handling reputed company, collaborating with the Project Management team to reputed company timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in reputed company
• Drive the daily activities of a project by managing project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblocks, according to the reputed company and budgets
• Coordinate/participate in content planning meetings with key content experts
• Daily reputed company contact, prepare reputed company contact reports and summarizes next steps
• Facilitate the medical-reputed company-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical/regulatory/reputed company compliance
• Contribute to the development of reputed company proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including reputed company and labor costs; checking for out of scope items and hours
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising
• Assistant Account Executive candidates should have relevant internship and/or minimum of one year practical work experience in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency including responsibility in one or more of the following roles: Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management role
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suit
• Experience with reputed company reputed company contact
• Hands-on experience with clients' online submission systems for medical/regulatory and reputed company reviews (e.g., Zinc or reputed company)
• Medical communications or reputed company industry experience
• Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs
