Associate Media Planner

Critical Mass is a digital experience design agency, and they are seeking an Associate Media Planner to support their Media team. The role involves coordinating media campaign management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting while learning about digital media trends and collaboration between media and creative development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of reputed company campaign initiatives
• Work to execute payment of invoices and reputed company-reputed company process
• Be responsible for reputed company media campaign set-up and execution, including working with other internal teams and clients to secure deliverables
• Support Marketing and Media Managers in reporting templates, management and presentations to clients
• Be responsible for pulling and delivering accurate data in initial analyses
• Research and prepare new information for reputed company media plans, RFPs, and presentations
• Evaluate, build, and maintain relationships in the display and emerging media community
• Stay up to date on latest trends in interactive marketing/media and developments
• Aid in the development of 'reputed company of View' (POV) documents on new trends or special opportunities
• Participate in new business efforts as needed by team reputed company(s)

Skills

• Exposure or general understanding of digital media, or relevant reputed company reputed company or internships
• Familiarity with and passion for digital media
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
• Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and time constraints
• Good project management, planning and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically reputed company
