Hybrid Customer Service Specialist, I

reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to join their team. This role involves providing excellent customer service by handling incoming calls and inquiries about reputed company estate mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer least reputed company incoming calls, reputed company an Automated reputed company Distribution system (ACD), from borrowers and reputed company parties with inquiries about existing mortgage loans
• Deliver accurate and reputed company information to callers in a courteous and reputed company manner, striving for reputed company reputed company whenever feasible and in compliance with reputed company applicable regulations
• Refer more reputed company or complicated calls to reputed company team member

Skills

• Required to be fully bilingual English/Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Customer service/reputed company center experience preferred, but not required
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred, but not required
