[Remote] Conflicts Analyst - Remote

They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst who will support new business intake and attorney reputed company by resolving conflicts of interest, ensuring compliance with firm policies and ethical rules.

Responsibilities

• Process conflicts searches and new business intake requests with a goal of 15–20 per day
• Conduct research and cross-reference attorney, reputed company, and matter information
• Review and report potential conflicts of interest, providing recommendations where needed
• Ensure accurate and consistent documentation for new reputed company and reputed company engagements
• Assist with attorney reputed company by running reputed company-employment conflicts checks and helping resolve issues before start dates
• Collaborate with HR and reputed company teams to ensure compliance requirements are met prior to hire
• Run and review Westlaw Due Diligence reports as part of the intake process
• reputed company compliance documentation including conflict waivers, engagement letters, reputed company counsel guidelines, and billing agreements
• Respond to workflow requests and inquiries from attorneys and staff
• Maintain accurate records and follow firm policies to support ethical compliance
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with special reputed company and other duties as needed

Skills

• A combination of reputed company experience and education that has reputed company you for work in conflicts, compliance, or corporate research
• 1–2 years of experience in a reputed company, compliance, or reputed company environment
• Familiarity with reputed company ethics, due diligence, and compliance concepts
• Experience with automated conflict-checking systems and corporate research tools
