They are seeking a skilled Copywriter who specializes in short-form content to craft high-converting scripts for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, while collaborating with clients to tailor messaging and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze viral videos within the assigned niche to identify trends, patterns, and key elements that drive performance
• Write persuasive short-form video scripts, including strong hooks, engaging bodies, and clear calls-to-action that follow PBL’s proven frameworks
• Create detailed editing notes, filming instructions for clients, and optimized captions to ensure each video maximizes watch time and audience engagement

Skills

• Understanding of Short-Form Content: Strong grasp of structure (hooks, value delivery, CTAs, pacing, and length)
• Understanding of what makes videos go viral and how to engage audiences quickly
• Proven Copywriting Experience: Demonstrated ability to write high-converting, engaging short-form scripts (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks and maintain viewer retention throughout
• Original Work Only: Do not use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to write or generate content
• System-Oriented: Able to follow detailed processes, workflows, and creative systems that are already established
• Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Keeps projects, files, and communication well-structured and up to date
• Long-Term Mindset: Looking for a stable, consistent role with potential for long-term collaboration
